Praia Village apartments have been just completed, newly furnished and are ready for rental for the first time. It is in a great location and convenient to all of Vilamoura's excellent amenities. There is a secure underground parking area; however, a car is not necessary in order to get to the beach or marina! The windows and doors all have full shutters for privacy and for keeping the rooms cool. Sky TV and high spec Kitchen and bathrooms fitted as standard. Please note that the apartments are non-smoking, but guests are welcome to smoke on the patio. Welcome food packs, car hire and airport transfers can be arranged.

Outside
The patio is excellent for sitting out, keeping cool and relaxing at night in front of the illuminated pool. Chairs, dining table and sun loungers are provided. The pool is well maintained and exclusive to residents in this small complex.

Beautiful clean Falesia beach is located within ten minutes walk from the apartment. There are several restaurants on the beach and sun loungers and umbrellas may be rented. All types of water sports are available locally. Boat trips for fishing or dolphin watching available at marina.Golf
Vilamoura has five championship golf courses that are in close distance to the apartment.
