E-mail and verbal bookings will be held for seven days.
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking.
Full payment required eight weeks prior to arrival.
Breakage deposit of €200.00 to be given to keyholder on arrival and will be refunded on departure (subject to satisfctory property inspection) Breakages or damage must be reported to the keyholder.
Weekend rates apply to: Saturday and Sunday nights

Terms and Conditions:
All prices are quoted in Euro,and must be the equivalent of the Euro price quoted.
The rental period shall commence at 14.00hrs on the first day and finish at 11.00hrs on the last day.
Premises to be vacated by 11.00hrs on the day of departure to the apartment- Keys will be available at 14.00hrs on arrival
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer. 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, full payment is required 8 weeks in advance of arrival.
Where a booking is made less than 6 weeks before departure, the full amount is payable at the time of making the booking.
We recommend that guests have comprehensive travel insurance for your party's personal belongings which should include theft. loss and damage, public liability, medical emergencies and transportation delay.
Please ensure that you have your Form EI11 in case of medical emergency.
An additional security indemnity is required on arrival of €200.00 to the key holder, this will be refunded subject to no damage, breakage or extra cleaning required and will be refundable after inspection on the day of departure. In the event of damage, the cost of replacement will be taken and any balance remaining will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure.
In the event of cancellation, refunds of amounts paid will be made if the owners are able to re-let the Property and any expenses incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount.
The maximum number of people who may not exceed 6 without the owners written consent.
The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean tidy condition at the end of a rental period. It is a condition that you are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during your stay, and that you agree to pay for any such damage. Any additional charges will be deducted from the security indemnity.
The client agrees not to act in any way that would cause disturbance to other residents.
Subletting: The accommodation is reserved for the people named on the reservation and no other persons whatsoever are permitted to stay there unless this has been agreed in advance with the owner.
The management company may request to leave any persons found to be in breach of the above conditions.
The Owners shall not be liable to the Client for
a) a temporary defect or stoppage of the supply of public services within the property or appliances in the Garden, or Swimming Pool
b) for loss damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, or other matters beyond the control of the owners.
We request that the property is kept secure at all times and remind guests that it is advisable to keep the shutters closed, for added security.
We request that smokers do not smoke inside the property, smoking is permitted on the patio area only.
